1. ELIGIBILITY FOR REFUNDS
Customers can request a refund under the following conditions:
The item received is damaged, defective, counterfeit, or incorrect.
The item does not match the description on our platform.
The item is incomplete or missing essential parts.
The order was canceled before shipment.
The product was not delivered within the estimated delivery timeline (excluding delays caused by unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters or government restrictions).
Refund requests must be made within 7 days from the date of delivery.
The following items cannot be refunded due to hygiene, safety, or policy reasons:
Perishable goods (e.g., food, beverages, supplements).
Personal care items (e.g., cosmetics, skincare products, perfumes).
Undergarments, swimwear, and socks.
Digital products and software downloads.
Items labeled as "Final Sale" or "Non-Refundable."
Additionally, products that have been used, altered, or damaged by the customer will not be eligible for a refund.
To qualify for a refund, returned items must meet these conditions:
The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
All tags, labels, accessories, manuals, and warranty cards must be intact.
The item must be returned with the original receipt or proof of purchase.
If the product requires activation (e.g., electronics), it must not have been registered or activated.
Items that do not meet these conditions may be rejected, and no refund will be issued.
If your return meets the eligibility criteria, follow these steps to request a refund:
Initiate a Return Request: Contact our Customer Support team or submit a request through your SNOOZE MART account.
Provide Necessary Information: Include your order number, reason for return, and supporting evidence (photos or videos).
Return the Item: After approval, we will provide return instructions. The item must be shipped back within 3 days of return approval.
Quality Inspection: Our team will inspect the returned item to ensure it meets refund conditions.
Refund Approval & Processing: If approved, refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days, depending on the original payment method.
Refunds will be issued through the original payment method:
Credit/Debit Card Payments: Refunds will be credited to the original card used for payment within 7-14 business days.
Bank Transfers: Refunds will be transferred to the customer's provided bank account within 5-10 business days.
Wallet Credit (for eligible customers): Refunds may be credited to the SNOOZE MART Wallet, allowing customers to use the balance for future purchases.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Customers will be required to provide a valid bank account for a refund, as cash refunds are not available.
If the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, SNOOZE MART will cover the return shipping cost.
If the return is due to a change of mind or incorrect order placement, the customer will be responsible for return shipping charges.
Refunds do not include the original shipping fee unless the return is due to an error from SNOOZE MART.
Orders can be canceled before shipment for a full refund.
Once an order has been shipped, customers must follow the return process.
Refunds for canceled orders will be processed within 5-7 business days.
