These terms include, but are not limited to, pricing, taxes, shipping costs, payment methods, payment terms, delivery timelines, warranties, and after-sales services. Snooze Mart does not control, determine, or influence any commercial/contractual terms between Buyers and Merchants.
However, Snooze Mart may provide support services to Merchants, including order fulfillment, payment collection, customer service, and other operational assistance, as part of independent agreements with Merchants. Snooze Mart is not responsible for:
Snooze Mart operates purely as an e-commerce platform and acts as a facilitator. We do not take possession of any products or services offered by Merchants at any time. Snooze Mart holds no ownership, title, or liability over the products or services offered on the Platform.

The product details, images, and pricing displayed on the Platform are based on information provided by the Merchants. Snooze Mart shall not be held liable for any inaccuracies, changes, or unavailability of products. Images used on our Platform are for representation purposes only and may not exactly match the actual products.
To use our services, you must create an account on our platform. When registering, we will request personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify you. This may include your name, phone number, and email address. Additionally, we may collect demographic details, such as your zip code, and allow you to submit extra profile information.
Beyond the required basic information, you can choose how much additional information to share. We encourage you to be mindful of the details you provide and to safeguard your identity and sensitive data. You can review and update your profile at any time.
Delivery times quoted at the time of order confirmation are approximate estimates and may vary. Snooze Mart is not responsible for delays caused by the Merchant, seller, or any unforeseen circumstances.
Your order will be delivered only to the address provided at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to cancel orders if the delivery address is modified after placing the order, and no refunds will be issued in such cases. Any delivery to a different location shall be at our sole discretion, and additional delivery fees may apply.
You are responsible for providing accurate directions, necessary authorizations, and ensuring someone is available to accept delivery. If delivery cannot be completed due to your failure to provide appropriate instructions or authorization, the order will be considered delivered, and the risk and responsibility will transfer to you. In such cases, no refunds will be issued. Snooze Mart’s decision on delivery-related disputes shall be final and binding.

If you choose to pay using an online payment method, the payment will be processed by our third-party payment service provider(s). With your consent, your credit card or payment information may be stored with our third-party payment service provider(s) for future orders. Snooze Mart does not store your credit card or payment information.
You must ensure that you have sufficient funds on your credit or debit card to complete the payment for an order. Where applicable, Snooze Mart takes responsibility for payments made on our platform, including refunds, chargebacks, cancellations, and dispute resolution—provided they are reasonable, justifiable, and in accordance with these Terms.
